Item is incomplete. There are some missing windows, doors, post covers, 1 roof flower box, flowers, etc. Most if not all, post covers are discolored. A lot of post covers are cracked, split, and/or broken. A few have been taped to hold a side that was completely broken off. Item has been used and does show wear. There are some various scratches and marks here and there all over. Due to age, parts of the pink sections such as roof and floors are discolored. Although generally clean, there are a lot of nooks and crannies to this item so new owner may wish to clean more thoroughly when rec'd. Please see pictures for more details.

All items are properly cleaned before posting. Vintage items with paper graphics or other delicate materials will only be lightly cleaned so as not to damage.
