Description

Poster advertising a 1980's-era museum exhibit on the 1915 Panama-Pacific International Exposition in San Francisco.
Features a painting by Perham Nahl entitled "The Thirteenth Labor of Hercules".
I am not positive, however I believe the exhibit was in San Francisco, as the County is shown as the publisher.  The de Young or Fine Arts museums might both be possibilities, however I cannot remember nor find any relevant info with a quick search.  "Mox Nix" as the artwork stands upon its own merits - I have one of these displayed in my own hallway, suitably framed.
17-3/8" by 23-5/8" overall, image area 12-1/4" by 17-3/4".
I have four copies available when listed, shown as "used" as they have been in dry storage for some time.  All are sound and free of any damage that would prevent framing; a few light marks, light scuffing or other minor issues in the white area surrounding the art work, which
could easily be matted out -
the central image is problem free on all.  This is something I found after a move and am more interested in finding them a good home that making a "mint" necessarily, given that this is a thin market item.  The major cost would be shipping, as these have to be tube-shipped for safety, and that means Priority Mail most likely.  So feel free to make an offer on the whole group as it would cost the same to ship four as it would to ship one (please note: Make an Offer applies to ONLY the entire group of four). Please remember that my time is valuable (to me anyway), so offers that I feel are not worthy of response will be ignored.  Please ASK any relevant questions concerning these prior to considering a purchase, as due to the nature of the material and the time involved in shipping, they are sold AS IS, no returns.
Please Note: We require payment within four days of purchase, unless you contact us for other arrangements in advance of purchase. Items not paid for within 4 days will have an automatic unpaid item case opened - please do not make a purchase unless you intend to honor your commitment.  If you have any questions, please email.
Please note our hours below and if needed contact us at least 24 hours before close of listing
.  Bid or Bid with confidence: we have a heritage to 1937, and loads of good eBay Feedback, where I have been selling since 1997.
