Box has been in storage. This was from an adult collector. The hotel is brand new never fully taken out of the box or displayed.
The box shows some minor wear.
This item is huge. It’s 25 pounds. The box and contents are sturdy so it is possible that if bought and shipped then I will wrap it in brown paper and put the label onto that.
There are two shipping options- you can choose what’s cheapest for you UPS or FedEx.
